Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your pet's favorite products quickly and efficiently. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 7 - 12 days depending on your location. 
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and location. 
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within Australia, International shipping options will be available soon.
  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy:

  • Eligibility: You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • Non-returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on pet food, treats, or any opened consumable products.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order for a full replacement or refund.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, simply follow the return process, and we'll ship out the exchange once the original item is received.

Order Cancellations
